Transportation operating system

Every load. Every document. One thread.

Software that takes a load from pickup to payment in one place.

The problem

A load is one job. It shouldn't live in six different places.

Where the work actually is
Spreadsheets, inbox, phone calls, paper
What that costs
Invoices that wait on missing paperwork
What we do about it
One thread per load, end to end

What we do

Two ways we work.

We come out of transportation, not out of software looking for a vertical. We know how a load actually gets moved, documented and paid for — and we both build from that and advise from it.

Build

End-to-end platforms

The system your operation actually runs on — orders, freight, tracking, documents and invoicing on one thread instead of six spreadsheets. Built alongside your dispatchers and coordinators, never dropped on them from a template.

  • Orders → freight → tracking → documents → invoice
  • Shaped around how your operation already works
  • Every change written to an audit trail

Consulting

AI transformation

Don't fall behind.

AI is already changing how freight gets quoted, dispatched, documented and settled. Most operators don't need a moonshot — they need to know what is real, what applies to their lanes, and what to do first. We work that through with you, in your operation, and then help you build it.

  • Where AI actually pays off in your operation
  • What to build, what to buy, what to ignore
  • A sequenced plan, not a pitch deck

The work

Built end to end with a real operator.

Case study 01

Syntek Energy — Operations desk

Delivered 2026

Syntek distributes a specialty chemical out of Houston: offshore clients with multiple sites, prices negotiated per client, Incoterms on every order, and a payment clock that only starts when the goods are actually received.

We built the whole spine — order, freight sourcing, shipment milestones, the document set each destination demands, and the invoice that delivery evidence triggers. Carrier tracking arrives as proposals; a coordinator confirms each one before it can move a date that money depends on.

We keep a working copy of the Syntek system running. It is seeded with invented data — not theirs — and it resets itself, so there is nothing confidential in it. Ask and we will send you the link.
